Ranajit is the youngest Indian to deliver lecture in an University
abroad Hamburg University. (1994)

Ranajit has composed the Music for Dutch Feature
Film "Dark Amsterdam" in 2000.
In 1994 Ranajit Composed the Theme Music for the International
Film Festival held in Kolkata.
Ranajit has got 2
bands called
Kyabaat
& K3 goes India
in Germany
and Austria respectively
where the band plays
composition from Ranajit. Composed scores of signature tunes
for Calcutta Doordarshan, all India
Radio, Telefilms and Stage
produktion.
Ranajit performed with Big
Band Orchestra of Hamburg Musikhochschulle in Oct,
2006.
